Agency designs, builds, and operates AI voice agents and AI chat assistants for businesses. Our services include:

• AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls on your behalf using natural speech
• AI chat assistants that reply to WhatsApp and Instagram direct messages
• Custom workflow automations that connect your existing software tools and move data between them
• Website and customer relationship management platforms designed to capture and track leads

We also provide consultation and demonstration services. A demo is a live, no obligation walkthrough of a relevant service configured with your business details. It is not a binding agreement to purchase, and no fees are charged for the demonstration itself.

You must be at least eighteen years old and have the authority to bind your business or organisation to these terms. By submitting a form or booking a demo, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to us contacting you about the services described on this site.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable spam or messaging regulations
• Conduct, promote, or facilitate illegal activity or fraud
• Impersonate a person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems or the systems of other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, data, or systems
• Use the voice or chat agents to provide medical diagnoses, legal advice, or financial investment advice unless explicitly agreed and configured for that purpose

The website design, code, and original content on this site are the property of Agency or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data, content, and business information you provide to us for the purpose of building or operating your agents.

Upon full payment of fees, you receive a licence to use the deployed agents and any custom configurations we build for your business. We retain the right to reuse generic components, patterns, and infrastructure improvements derived from your project in future client work, provided no confidential or identifying business data is included.

Our AI agents are tools designed to assist with communication and workflow tasks. They are not human employees, and they do not exercise human judgment. We provide our services on an as is basis with no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid us any fees, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Voice and chat agents rely on automated speech recognition, natural language processing, and integration with third party software systems. These systems may occasionally misunderstand speech, provide incorrect information, or fail to complete an action. You are responsible for configuring your agents within the guardrails and rules we agree upon, and for monitoring their performance.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We are not liable for any content, decisions, or actions taken by your customers or staff based on information provided by an AI agent.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, we will cease operating your agents within a reasonable period and delete or return your data according to your instructions and applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if we believe you are using the services in violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agency is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
